
Move Sound is an all-levels class designed to encourage intentional movement and exploration. This class cultivates balance, strength, and mobility through a mindful progression of floor-based and standing postures. Props are often used to deepen and refine the experience of poses, as students explore the nuance of movement in their own body. An extended Savasana set to the backdrop of organic sound from various sound tools (i.e. chimes and singing bowls) encourages deep rest and fosters integration of physical poses.
