
Whether you’re new to yoga or needing a tune-up, this class is designed as an introduction to the physical practice of yoga, also called Asana. We will dive into many common poses and explore the use of props and variations that make the practice accessible. In addition, students will be introduced to various breathwork and meditation techniques, as we cultivate an overall mind-body connection. Class will move at a slightly slower pace than our all-levels classes, but you can still expect to challenge body and mind.
