Rebel Flow

Also known as Vinyasa, Rebel Flow pairs breath with movement as students move through a series of poses. Each class sequence begins with grounding to prepare for practice, followed by a mindful warm-up that leads to a sequence made up of standing postures. Each sequence builds on itself and students are provided with options along the way, allowing for a sense of tailoring the practice for each individual. Class rounds out with a final relaxation phase, known as Savasana. Appropriate for any skill level; expect to challenge and move the body with intention.
