Where are you located?
We are located at 225 S Washington St. in Historic Downtown Papillion. We share the same building as Greenstreet Cycles, and our studio space is located on the second level.
Where do I park?
Parking is located behind the building, accessed via Lincoln St. If spots directly behind the building fill up, there is overflow in the area in front of Papio Pool. During the summer, please do not park in any spots along the fence west of the pool, or directly in front of the pool; these are reserved for pool staff and are clearly marked. While we know that parking can sometimes be a challenge, we appreciate your efforts to park in appropriate spaces, as this is ultimately a gesture of respect to our neighbors and their patrons. Please help us do our part to offer this kindness.
Where do I enter the studio?
Please enter from the South side. The entrance is at the front of the building on street level, accessed by the breezeway between the navy blue building and our building.
What class(es) do you recommend for beginners?
We have plenty of classes that are great for beginner yogis, or those returning to their mat after some time away. We recommend the following to ease into a practice:
-Rebel Roots: Designed with beginners in mind, this class is a flow style class that focuses on a slower pace and simple sequencing so that yogis become confident in traditional postures.
-YINfusion: This class is a practice in stillness and mindfulness, as students are guided into postures with longer holds. Primarily a floor-based practice supported by the use of props, this is a great class for those wanting that feel-good deep stretch and relaxation.
-Divine 45: This is another flow style class, but is 45 minutes in length instead of a full hour. It is a great starting point if a longer class seems intimidating. It is taught at an approachable pace that features a blend of seated and standing postures
What do I need to bring to class?
We have all props needed for class, including yoga mats, so all you need to bring is yourself. If you have your own mat or props that you love, though, please bring whatever you need to feel supported for your practice.
What do I wear to class?
Traditional workout clothes are most typical, but please wear whatever clothes you can move comfortably in.
Do I need to sign up ahead of time?
While pre-registration for class is not required, it is much appreciated, as it helps our teachers plan their classes appropriately.
